When Should I Start Planning for Bulk Holiday Gifts?
How early should I start thinking about bulk gifting during the holidays?
So when exactly do you need to start planning for bulk holiday gifting?
It's a smart idea to order your corporate holiday gifts at least 3 months before the holidays. For most companies, this means placing your order as early as August. This allows time for product customization, potential shipping delays, and ensures that everything arrives well before December 25th.
Do we accept orders after that? Of course! But if you want more options and customizations, we prefer to connect early to solidify your holiday gifting plans.
Why should I order my holiday gifts early?
Great Product Availability
Our vendors start selling their holiday inventory as early as spring. The earlier we confirm your holiday selections, the better chance we have to secure your first choice items and avoid stock issues. Orders placed early in the season will have more product and customization options, allowing you to choose the best products rather than settling for what's left.
Enough Time For Customizations
Here at Loved and Found we love thoughtfully highlighting your brand through gifting. Some packaging and product customizations can take longer than others. Elaborate customizations, such as designing unique inserts or incorporating multiple custom elements, can take months to coordinate. The more time we have, the more creative we can be!
Delivery Before The Holiday Rush
The month of December is crazy for most businesses as everyone is trying to wrap up the year to allow for a holiday break. We recommend that your holiday gifts arrive before mid December. This could mean shipping by Thansgiving for many of our clients.
Shipping carriers will also experience delays as they are at max capacity. There are often delays that are, unfortunately, out of our control. We prefer to ship your gifts with plenty of time to allow for any possible setbacks.
Our Corporate Calendar Gets Booked Up!
The holiday season is the peak season to gift our boxes and our busiest time of the year! We start booking holiday clients in early summer and we book to capacity. If you are looking for product and/or packaging customizations, we suggest getting in touch as soon as possible. Options are endless when you book early!
